The Kraskin Invitiational Skeffington Symposium on Vision is sponsored by the Institute for Behavioral Optometry (IBO). IBO is the Washington, DC area Optometric local study group which meets monthly in private offices throughout the Washington, DC, Central Maryland, and Northern Virginia area.
